Dear Family and Friends,
Ahhh man! What a crazy
week! I am so sorry that I haven't been able to email until now! I
know you guys at home might be a little worried. Just wanted to let you
know I am completely safe! Those of you who may not know... a lot of
our mission kind of got hammered by tornadoes Monday night. It was an
exciting night! We spent the whole night huddled up in a laundry room
listening to our weather radio. There was a tornado pretty close to
Fort Payne but it missed where we were staying. I'm still not sure how
many tornadoes touched down or where, Or even how bad the storm was in
Fort Payne. It's pretty hard to tell from a tiny enclosed room. But
anyways, we made it! Tuesday another round of the storm was supposed
to hit later in the afternoon so we were told to stay inside pretty much
all day. Although other than some rain Tuesday night was really calm
in FP That's pretty much the highlight of the week! I am very grateful
for the Lord's blessings these past couple of days. I'm glad we were
able to stay safe and that no harm came to any missionaries in the
mission. He is definitely watching over us. I'll be praying for all of
those who were affected by the storm. Hopefully now we will be able to
get out and serve those who need us! I love you all and hope you have a
great week!
